Begin with a traditional Burmese breakfast at a local restaurant before exploring the surrounding neighborhood, lively markets and hidden streets with your knowledgeable guide. Learn about Myanmar’s Buddhist traditions, local customs and daily life while uncovering the fascinating history and symbolism behind the country’s most sacred pagoda. The afternoon is free for shopping, sightseeing or relaxing at your own pace. Free evening at leisure.
Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a full day at leisure to discover more of Yangon at your own pace. Visit Bogyoke Aung San Market for shopping and local handicrafts, stroll around Kandawgyi Lake, admire the colonial architecture of Downtown Yangon, or explore the historic Sule Pagoda. Alternatively, choose an optional excursion to Bago, the famous Golden Rock (Kyaiktiyo Pagoda), Thanlyin, or experience the unique Yangon Circular Train for a glimpse into local daily life.
Enjoy breakfast before checking out of your hotel. A private transfer will then take you to the airport for your onward journey.
